If P&C Insurance to acquire P&C insurance business from TrygVesta
Nov 07, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- If P&C Insurance Company, a Finland-based property and casualty insurance company, has signed an agreement to acquire the P&C insurance business from TrygVesta A/S, a Denmark-based provider of general insurance products, for a consideration of EUR15 million.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the spring of 2013.
