Arthur J Gallagher ranks highest with a sales growth of 22.2%. Following is Brown & Brown with a sales growth of 15.4%. National Financial Partners ranks third highest with a sales growth of 8.9%.

Marsh & McLennan follows with a sales growth of 5.8%, and AON rounds out the top five with a sales growth of 3.0%.
