Insperity Time and Attendance Acquires Sage TimeSheet Software; Companies Enter Into Endorsement Agreement

Insperity, Inc. (NYSE: NSP), a leading provider of human resources and business performance solutions for America's best businesses, today announced that Insperity^TM Time and Attendance acquired the Sage TimeSheet solution from Sage North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sage TimeSheet provides all the tools needed to accurately collect project time and expense data, track actual costs against a budget and generate more accurate time-to-completion estimates. The software is capable of adding sophisticated time and expense tracking data to financial, project management and payroll systems, or can function as a stand-alone project time and expense tracking tool.

Insperity Time and Attendance and Sage Employer Solutions, a business unit of Sage North America, also entered into an endorsement agreement, culminating a 20-yearalliance between the two companies. The agreement positions Insperity^TM TimeStar^TM, a premier time and attendance software, on Sage's exclusive list of endorsed products. Sage is a leading global supplier of business management software and services for small and midsized businesses. The Sage Group plc employs more than 12,600 people and supports more than 6 million customers worldwide. Sage Employer Solutions will market and resell Insperity TimeStar as its preferred time and attendance solution, integrated with Sage HRMS.
