Netease to launch open platform to strictly standardize Email.163.com
BEIJING, Nov 21, 2012 (Xinhua via COMTEX) --
Netease, Inc.'s (NTES.NASDAQ) e-mail d
ivision, email.163.com will roll out an open platform to enhance busin
ess standardization.
According to the No.1 Chinese e-mail box operator, it will apply de
livery classification and customer experience first principles on the
platform.
In details, different types of e-mails such as ones concerning comm
on affairs and business mails will be delivered into different mail fo
lders; all e-mails are required to provide clear unsubscribing entranc
e to guarantee users' quitting choice and the quantity, quality and re
porting rate of an e-mailer sender will be monitored to decide its gra
de.
So far, over 30 Chinese firms including China CITIC Bank and Taikan
g Life Insurance Co., Ltd. have become members of Netease's open integ
