MetLife Board of Directors Sets Date for 2013 Annual Shareholders Meeting
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
The board of directors of MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) announced today that
the company will hold its 2013 annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday,
April 23, 2013, beginning at 11:30 a.m. (ET) in New York City. The board
of directors established March 1, 2013 as the record date for
determining shareholders entitled to vote at themeeting.
