Herrick, Feinstein's Real Estate Group Expands Land Use and Environmental Practice
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
Herrick, Feinstein LLP announced today that Arthur Huh, an experienced
urban planner, has joined the firm's Land Use and Environmental
Group. Mr. Huh was previously a City Planner in the Manhattan Borough
Office of the City of New York Department of City Planning.

Herrick's land use and environmental law practice group is led by Mr.
Korbey, a former Giuliani official and Commissioner on the Board of
Standards and Appeals who led City Planning's Brooklyn Division in the
1990's. The group is also anchored by Counsel and environmental lawyer
Lou Evans and includes non-lawyers Richard Bass, a planner for 30 years
with a long record of public service, and Jen Dickson, who was with City
Planning's Transportation Department for eight years prior to joining
Herrick.

Mr. Huh has extensive experience in the areas of urban planning, land
use and historic preservation having served in both the Manhattan and
Queens Borough offices of the Department of City Planning, as well as
with the Preservation Department with the City of New York Landmarks
Preservation Commission. Mr. Huh received his M.S. in Urban Planning
from Columbia University and his B.A. from the University of
Pennsylvania.
