PEO Network Acquired by PEO.com
RALEIGH, NC, Jan 10, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
PEO Network has been purchased by Rodney Diekema, the founder and
owner of PEO.com.
"We're pleased and honored to continue the legacy of Carrie Aaron,
she's an icon in our industry," said Rodney Diekema, new President of
PEO Network. "Sadly, Carrie suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2012
and could no longer work full-time. I was honored that she chose me
to carry the torch."
"After serving thirty years in the PEO industry, it was time to focus
on my health," said Aaron. "Don't count me out though, as my brain
heals, I will continue to pursue consulting and research projects
that serve the PEO industry and will stay onboard at PEO Network as a
consultant. I have the utmost confidence in Rodney Diekema to carry
on the tradition of excellence and integrity that PEO Network is
known for."
"There are few people that have a greater understanding of the PEO
industry or have helped more people succeed in this challenging
business than Carrie Aaron and Rodney Diekema. Both have dedicated
their careers to the PEO industry," commented Pat Cleary, President
and CEO of the National Association of Professional Employer
Organizations (NAPEO).
Diekema, who started in the PEO industry in 1992, worked for two of
the largest National PEO's in an Executive capacity and started his
own PEO in 2007 and sold his interest in the PEO to focus on the
opportunities that PEO Network offers. Diekema says it's his passion
to help grow the PEO Industry through education, training and
consulting.
Aaron has over 30 years of PEO industry experience and founded PEO
Network in 1995. PEO Network will continue operations and provide
training programs, articles, seminars and research projects to the
PEO industry as the company develops new programs under the direction
of Diekema.
PEO Network will continue many of the programs launched by Aaron,
including the publication of inSYNC a monthly news CD which helps
keep PEO owners on the cutting edge of trends and news in PEO,
currently on Volume 109. In February 2013 PEO Network will hold
inSYNC Summit VII a gathering of annual subscribers, in Boca Raton
Florida. The inSYNC Summits are an interactive "Think-Tank" of PEO
owners, CEO's or Senior Management and have proven to be a favorite
of PEO owners.
PEO Network plans to market the PEO concept to CPAs and Insurance
Agency owners thru PEO.com and a revitalized PEO Start-Up seminar.
This seminar will educate owners of insurance agencies and CPA firms
on the synergies of adding a Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)
division to their companies. "CPAs and Independent Insurance Agencies
have the highest rate of long term success in launching a PEO because
the barriers to entry are currently very high and they bring the
right tools to the business," Diekema said.
