Motor City Descends on the Desert: Barrett-Jackson Draws Chrysler Group's SRT Brand as Sponsor

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, Jan 10, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions(TM) will import one more crown jewel from Detroit this year -- Chrysler Group LLC's Street and Racing Technology (SRT) brand as its third major American Automotive sponsor.

Chrysler Group's SRT brand joins Ford and GM with displays, interactive demonstrations and media events throughout the auction Jan. 13-20 at WestWorld in Scottsdale. This marks the first year each of the "Big Three" American automotive manufacturers are major sponsors at Barrett-Jackson.
