KLAS Recognizes Office Ally as One of the Nation's Top Clearinghouses in the Medical Industry
SAN ANTONIO --(Business Wire)--
KLAS, one of the best-known and most widely respected healthcare
research firms, has rated Office
Ally one of the nation's top two clearinghouses, according to a
just-issued comprehensive report on the medical industry. Office Ally
is the only organization in the country offering healthcare
providers a full suite of revenue-cycle management services.
For the second year in a row, Office Ally received a perfect 100 percent
score in "promise keeping," and 100 percent of its clients said that
they would buy from Office Ally again. Overall, Office Ally was the
highest of all firms surveyed in eight critical categories including
overall client satisfaction, top value, and workflow tools and
capabilities.
In preparing the report, KLAS spoke with 753 providers in an effort to
understand how their clearinghouse
services are performing, the quality of the tools given to them, and
how clearinghouses assisted with the 5010 migration. "While ambulatory
clearinghouse services are becoming more commoditized, key areas of
differentiation in the market still exist-primarily in service, offered
tool-set functionality, and ability to maintain hih performance during
regulatory changes," the report said. It then cited Office Ally for
being "among the best with both top-tier service and highly rated
claims-management tools."
Specifically, the KLAS report singled out Office Ally as the top-rated
vendor for workflow tools and capabilities. Office Ally was also rated
the highest among the 14 companies surveyed for online claims editing,
allowable attachments, secondary insurance processing, contracting
experience, real problem resolution and overall satisfaction. And it was
one of only two companies to receive a perfect 100 percent score when
clients were asked "Would you buy from this company again "
"We are honored to receive this high ranking from KLAS and are grateful
to our clients for the trust and confidence they have placed in us
through the years," said Brian O'Neill, president and chief executive
officer of Office Ally. "We are especially happy that KLAS has
recognized the efforts we put in place to constantly improve and to make
sure that our provider clients are fully prepared for the latest
requirements, such as the 5010 migration."
