Manson Law Group Adds Shareholder

Manson Law Group has added Brian A. Bolves as a Shareholder. With offices in Tampa and Tallahassee, the firm has been renamed MansonBolves. The addition will bring several new practice areas, including Property Rights, Eminent Domain, Commercial Litigation and Construction Litigation.

Formerly a parter at Bricklemyer, Smolker & Bolves, Bolves practices property rights and commercial litigation and is recognized as one of the leading eminent domain attorneys in Florida. He has represented a wide variety of condemning authorities, he has represented both public and private entities, and managed the acquisition of thousands of parcels for energy and public works projects. He graduated from University of Central Florida and Stetson University College of Law.

Steven R. Medendorp will be of counsel with MansonBolves. He has substantial experience in real estate, title insurance and complex construction and surety litigation as a lawyer, developer and business owner. Medendorp worked in the industrial construction industry and served as corporate counsel and chief operating officer for a residential real estate service and title company. He received his law degree from Florida State University.
