Insurance Marketing and Advertising Summit Continues February 15 With Project CAP -- Seeking to Strengthen Agents' Online Clout

OLDWICK, N.J. --(Business Wire)--

Best's Review magazine's Insurance Marketing and Advertising Summit, which was interrupted by Hurricane Sandy, continues Friday, February 15, with an online presentation by Charles (Chip) Bacciocco, Chief Executive Officer of Project CAP, on "Clicking Back: How the Big I's Project CAP Seeks to Strengthen Agents' Online Clout."

Project CAP, created through an alliance of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, Trusted Choice, state associations and key insurance carriers, helps independent agents and insurers recruit and relate to today's online insurance consumer.

The Insurance Marketing and Advertising Summit has been held annually for seven years. It examines how insurers, brokers, agents, reinsurers and others are finding new ways to communicate and brand themselves in today's fast-changing business environment.

The online series began December 7 with Ty R. Sagalow, President, Innovation Insurance Group, and Matthew Power, Chief Innovation and Strategic Relationship Officer, AIG, on "Innovators on Innovation: Creating Breakthrough Insurance Products, Services and Delivery."

On December 14, Richard Augustyn, Founder and CEO, NIP Group, presented "Profiting from Niches: Identifying and Pursuing Program Opportunities with Limited Resources."
