Insperity Ranks in Top 3% of Best U.S. Workplaces
HOUSTON --(Business Wire)--
Insperity,
Inc. (NYSE: NSP), a leading provider of human
resources and business
performance solutions for America's best businesses, today announced
that it was recently named in the top three percent of America's Top
Workplaces, according to results of a nationwide survey by
WorkplaceDynamics. Insperity ranked 29th among 872 large organizations
with more than 1,000 employees.
"Our mission to help businesses succeed so communities prosper is
accomplished in part through a supportive atmosphere for our employees,
who are the lifeblood of our organization," said Paul
J. Sarvadi, Insperity chairman and chief executive officer. "I'm
thankful knowing that, whether at our corporate headquarters in Houston
or in our sales offices and service centers across the country, we
practice what we preach to the more than 100,000 businesses we support:
Provide great service by serving your emplyees well."
Insperity recognizes its employees' outstanding accomplishments at work
and in the community with monthly, quarterly and annual achievement
awards. The company also has an annual incentive program based on
achievable goals and offers its employees a generous contribution to
their 401(k) retirement plan. In addition, Insperity provides an ample
amount of paid time off per year, including 12 hours per quarter for
volunteer service, as well as tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance
and an employee assistance program.
The National Top Workplaces 2013 ranking was based solely on feedback
generated through an objective employee survey conducted by
WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a leading on-demand employee survey provider, in
conjunction with 30 regional newspapers. The survey comprised nearly two
dozen questions that focused on a company's organizational health,
including its ability to set a clear direction for its employees' future.
In recognizing Insperity late last year as the fifth best place to work
among large Houston-area companies, the Houston Chronicle cited the
survey comments of one employee: "If more people across the country had
the opportunity to work at a place like Insperity, there would be a much
happier and productive workforce in America."
With approximately 2,200 corporate employees nationwide, Insperity is
consistently identified as one of the best places to work. In 2012, the
company was recognized in cities including Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte,
Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, San Antonio, San Diego and St.
Louis. In addition, Insperity received statewide awards in Colorado,
Illinois, New Jersey and Texas.
