The Savings Bank Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts (SBLI) announces its offering of $57.3 million of surplus notes. The book runner for the offering is Piper Jaffray & Co.

The surplus notes are intended to be offered and priced during the week of July 17, 2017, and settled during the week of July 24, 2017.
