ISG to Participate in July 11 IAOP Webinar

STAMFORD, Conn., July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, will participate in the IAOP webinar, "Achieving Your Value Proposition with Effective SLAs," on Wednesday, July 11, at 11 a.m., U.S. Eastern time.

The webinar, produced by the IAOP Voice of the Customer chapter, will feature a panel of experts, including Alan Hanson, lead partner of ISG's Banking and Financial Services practice in the Americas. Hanson will be joined by Lawrence Kane, senior leader, Strategic Sourcing Functional Excellence & First Time Quality, Boeing; David Althoff, vice president, Insurance SBU lead, Cognizant; and Neil Hirshman, partner and co-lead of Kirkland & Ellis' Technology & IP Transactions practice.

Hanson will discuss how to align performance metrics with business goals and address the growing impact of robotic process automation (RPA) and other emerging digital technologies on service level agreements (SLAs).
