Insurance Technology - Mitchell Announces New Version of Its Medical Bill Review and Workflow Software for Insurers

Today, Mitchell, a provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the property and casualty claims and collision repair industries, announced the commercial release of the latest version of its medical bill review and workflow solution for first- and third-party liability claims handlers, according to a company press release.


Decision Point 7.2 was developed and delivered using what the company calls agile development principles, emphasizing rapid time-to-market and client-driven feature development, according to the press release.


"DecisionPoint 7.2 represents a significant change in our development methodologies that will deliver better outcomes, by simplifying and accelerating medical bill claim handling,” said Dave Torrence, Executive VP and general manager of auto casualty solutions at Mitchell, in the press release.
