CosmoCom Assists ColibriumDirect with Consumer Health Insurance Demands

CosmoCom has announced that its cloud-based virtual call center technology is being used in conjunction with Microsoft’s (News - Alert) Health Plan Sales Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM by ColibriumDirect, a progressive Atlanta based healthcare insurance business process outsourcer (BPO), to be of assistance to the various health insurance companies in endowing U.S. customers with efficient and economical access to private health insurance.
In a release, Mark Poling, Colibrium principal and founder, said “When evaluating potential contact center vendors like CosmoCom (News - Alert) and Interactive Intelligence, we found CosmoCom’s agent desktop is so intuitive and uncluttered it enhanced agents ability to do the job since it is less complex. Deployment is also less complex since we are able to quickly bring agents online using a variety of different voice delivery options so we can expand along with our customer base.”

Its Tuo product suite provides high quality, business-configurable underwriting, rating, sales and enrollment solution to health insurance plans, said the company.

Colibrium has accomplished the customization of sophisticated call routing to meet the diverse plan needs of the expanding direct customer base, through CosmoCom’s active service creation environment. The requirement of capturing all caller data for reporting purposes has also been made possible by the seamless integration with the Health Plan Sales Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in addition to providing Colibrium’s agents with a single unified desktop, which eliminates the need for switching between several applications and screens to handle a call.
