InsWeb Corporation, a leading online insurance comparison provider, announced that its AgentInsider Lead Program won two of the three insurance lead provider awards given by Leads360, a developer of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News
- Alert)) solutions for managing sales leads.
The company earned top honors in two of the Leads360 Insurance Lead Provider Awards categories and ranked second in the remaining category. There were 34 national insurance lead providers considered for the awards, company officials said.
AgentInsider, according to company officials, is the most flexible, responsive insurance lead platform in the industry. It helps local insurance professionals leverage InsWeb's online marketing expertise and gain immediate access to consumers shopping at InsWeb.com and its partners.
According to Leads360, InsWeb Corporation reported the highest Qualification Rate -- the percentage of leads that were contactable and interested in the product or service the lead buyer was offering.
The company also demonstrated the highest Volume Growth, which is a measure of increase in leads sold to the same client set between 2009 and 2010.
InsWeb Corporation was rated two in Conversion Rate, which denotes the percentage of leads that generated revenue for Leads360 customers.
According to Nick Hedges, president of Leads360, one of the biggest challenges for carriers and agency owners is finding quality sources of consumer inquiries.
“AgentInsider's performance in our recent Leads360 Lead Industry Report was outstanding, placing at or near the top in qualification rate, conversion rate, and growth in volume,” Hedges added. “This may well have occurred because AgentInsider customers saw industry-leading performance and responded by increasing their purchasing.”
Brad Cooper, senior vice president of operations at InsWeb, said the awards demonstrate that AgentInsider's ability to deliver high-quality leads, first-class service and excellent value are being recognized by their industry partners and their customers.
Recently InsWeb announced it has distributed its seven millionth lead via the AgentInsider Lead Program. Its most recent million insurance leads were delivered in just over five months.
