Opt4 Group Helps ARI Insurance's Move to New Main Office

June 06, 2011

ARI Insurance announced that it has selected Opt4 Group to move its main office from NJ to PA. Opt4 Group helped ARI with all its needs including moving from a traditional phone system to a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) premised-based phone system.

Company officials said that they were in the process of moving their main office, and were looking for a company that could handle revamp of all their telecommunications solutions in the process.

Jerry Hindman, Manager IT at ARI, said they signed a contract with Opt4, asking them to handle all of data, voice and audio visual needs and get it completed in a timely and professional manner.

Moreover, their current telephone system was outdated and lacked some key features. The company chose Opt4 Group and a Star2Star VoIP system for that. The premise-based system is enhanced with the StarScope computer-based presence management program with call control, said company officials.

In addition to easy-to-use color coding, and drag and drop transfers, the program incorporates call monitoring, live chats, and also basic phone features. Along with new phone system, Opt4 Group also provided an expandable structured cabling infrastructure and overhead paging, said company officials.

Opt4 Group considered ARI’s training and conference room needs to design a budget-conscious, technically savvy room. Company officials said that this room is equipped with two LCD flat panels and drop-down screen integration.

Opt4 Group’s services include on-site installation, maintenance, training and documentation for video conferencing and telephone equipment; room design, layout and maintenance for audio visual; voice and data cabling design and installation; and site surveys for new construction and retrofit construction.
