Oranta Insurance Deploys Sapiens IDIT Non-Life Policy Administration

Oranta Insurance, a division of Achmea B.V, recently revealed that it has successfully implemented Sapiens International’s IDIT. Achmea B.V, an insurance group in Europe, had decided to implement Sapiens IDIT Software Suite across all its divisions as part of its long term commitment to improvement and expansion.


In a release, Piotr Kowalczewski, president of Oranta Insurance said, "This is just one part of our strategy to modernize Oranta Insurance business and deliver International levels of customer services. With IDIT we have found an end-to-end IT solution which really fortifies our ability to respond to market, allowing us to effectively centralize our back-office operations, and present us with potential cost benefits for our future development and growth. Modernizing any business is a challenge but it is a necessity in order to build the platform to become a significant player in the market."

Regional offices are able to totally focus on customer service with Oranta Insurance’s complete business process re-engineering. The latest software platform, Sapiens IDIT, will now be a part of this re-engineering, wherein all the back office procedures will be moved to a single location. Insurance products can therefore be implemented rapidly with the latest online policy administration solutions.

Ruud Gruson, program manager at Achmea B.V Division International, stated that the totality of the solution is the major accomplishment factor of IDIT Software Suite. The organization is able to easily set up any distribution channel for marketing insurance products with this feature-rich suite, which is supported by a high-tech online SOA platform.
