A modern day company puts up enormous effort in reaching out to its customers. Given the fierce competition in every field, companies will have to take all the measures to make sure that they are easily accessible to their customers. It not only enhances the image of the brand, but it also brings in more revenue.
Realizing this, Mexican Insurance Store has announced various new customer service options. Apart from the conventional routes such as telephone and e-mail, the customers can also reach the company by social networking sites, where it is strengthening its presence.
Mexican Insurance Store maintains active profiles on Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter, and an active presence on Skype is in the future. This will allow people to contact Mexican Insurance Store at any time during the insurance buying process. They do not have to have active orders to get assistance, the company stated in a press release.
Mexican Insurance Store has been one of the most customer-friendly Mexican insurance providers on the Internet through the years. Past and current customers have often expressed their satisfaction for the company. "I bought my first online Mexican auto insurance policy a few weeks ago," says one customer. "I was like a fish out of water and had no clue how to go about doing so.”
“Basically, we just want to give people as many choices as possible," says Linden Gray, the president of Mexican Insurance Store, in a press release. "Their satisfaction is our top priority” he stated.
The company recently surveyed its current customers to find out how satisfied they are with the kind of service they have received. The survey was sent with the help of e-mail to people who recently purchased online Mexican auto insurance from the company. The respondents were asked to complete the survey whether a person bought daily Mexico car insurance or annual Mexican insurance coverage. The survey itself was quite simple in scope.
