Connecture creates technology solutions for insurance products out of the door and into the right market as quickly and efficiently as possible. The company’s InsureAdvantage is a platform for health insurance distribution. It automates all lines of business, including health, dental, group life, vision, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
Recently, the company promoted Travis Potts to vice president of client services to look after the service. Potts previously served as director of client services at Connecture - a role in which he managed various deployment of the company's web-based health insurance marketplace, service and administrative technologies within the nation's most successful health insurance carriers. Systems consisting of Connecture's technology help more than 25 million Americans to buy their health insurance.
Potts will focus on deployments of Connecture's technology and ongoing maintenance at the various carriers that make use of InsureAdvantage. He will also look after the management of client services teams in Atlanta, Ga., Farmington, Conn. and Waukesha, Wis, the company stated in a press release.
“The sale and administration of health insurance is complex and we believe that our customers, including more than half of the 20 largest carriers in the nation, deserve a partner that addresses their unique needs, not one that offers a cookie-cutter solution," said Kevin McClain, senior vice president of operations at Connecture. "Over the years, Travis and his teams have demonstrated a stellar track record of success implementing our configurable and proven technologies to achieve our customers' vision of the ideal”
