Airband's Fixed-Wireless Services Selected by La Familia Insurance

November 29, 2012

La Familia Insurance recently announced that it has chosen Airband Communications (News - Alert) for enhancing its communications with customers. Airband’s hosted Voice over IP, or VoIP, and quick Internet access will provide La Familia with a very dependable means of connectivity.

In a statement, Aly Manji, CTO at La Familia Insurance, said, “We are a homegrown company that started with one location and grew to 15 in a little more than two years. Customer service is our biggest differentiator, so dropped calls and other phone issues are unacceptable. Airband offers the high-quality technology we need to ensure we can provide the superior customer service for which La Familia is known. Every call to our stores is important, and Airband’s superior voice services allow us to meet our customer service promises, which are mission-critical to our business.”

La Familia has 15 offices situated across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Airband’s high-quality hosted VoIP services can be advantageously used by La Familia to share bandwidth among its retail sites. The scalable voice and data services of Airband’s architecture can be installed very quickly. La Familia was able to purchase Airband bandwidth in huge quantities, which can be distributed across its numerous business sites.

Manji said, “We looked at several different providers, and they all had limitations delivering voice services to our 15 locations. Airband’s services allow us to use the voice solution in the easiest way to best fit our needs. Additionally, Airband’s customer service has made the transition to fixed-wireless smooth for the corporate office and each location. We are two great customer service firms working together.”

According to Daman Wood, executive VP of Sales at Airband, the organization has been able to develop a product capable of fulfilling the precise requirements of the customers mainly due to the versatility of Airband’s network. The organization is pleased to offer La Familia Insurance a solution with guaranteed best quality voice and data services. The solution is also able to link numerous physical locations, which was one of the major requirements of La Familia in order to offer best-in-class customer service.

The scalable fixed-wireless network from Airband is capable of addressing the rising customer requirements for hosted applications, like VoIP.
