Western & Southern Financial Group Picks CallidusCloud Solution

Western & Southern Financial Group (Western & Southern), a financial services organization, has recently switched to CallidusCloud’s Commissions to handle its incentive compensation process for its wholesalers.

The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Jill T. McGruder, CEO at Touchstone (News - Alert) Investments and W&S Financial Group Distributors, member companies of Western & Southern, said the CallidusCloud solution will make it easier to manage plan changes and updates while ensuring compliance throughout the entire compensation process.

The Commissions solution from CallidusCloud will help Western & Southern to deploy targeted incentives and commission programs to help drive sales execution. The company can also automate the calculation and payment of commissions across both internal and external sales using the offering.

“Throughout the evaluation process, CallidusCloud demonstrated a solution that was both powerful and easy to use. The breadth of its product portfolio provides us with an opportunity to enhance the performance of our sales channels,” McGruder added.

Features include extensive modeling and analytics capabilities, as well as insight into the performance of existing plans and an accurate forecast of future performance. Users may set sales quotas through a self-service collaboration platform that enables team-based distribution as well as real-time visibility into quota attainment.

The solution also enables customers to intuitively design, optimize, assign and manage their territories based on geography, account information, workload and opportunity.
