BriteCore Recognized with RAVE Award for Superior Value in Policy Administration

Intuitive Web Solutions (IWS) – a Springfield, Missouri-based provider of Web-based, enterprise-level software for property and casualty insurance carriers – has received the fourth annual 2013 RAVE Award for superior value in policy administration.

The RAVE award, which was announced by Novarica and Tech Decisions, was awarded to IWS for its BriteCore insurance processing software.

BriteCore is a policy administration system that facilitates property and casualty insurance carriers to efficiently manage their daily operations via the Web.

According to BriteCore, its clients define their own lines of business and rates, issue and maintain policies, manage claims, generate reports and customize system features to meet their requirements.

Based on a single-source design, BriteCore facilitates ongoing administration and rapid product deployment. It is user-configurable and designed to meet business requirements by providing the ability for each company to specify and edit endorsements and custom deliverables as required.

The BriteCore insurance processing system consists of many modules, including a policy module, claims module, reports module and agent-oriented quoting and application module.

As a recipient of the RAVE Award, BriteCore was recognized for providing outstanding insurance software solutions to clients based on user evaluations submitted through Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Rankings. It received a silver ACE ranking for Policy Administration Systems.

The RAVE Awards signifies that the recipient solution is delivering the highest levels of satisfaction to its clients.

The RAVE Award’s rankings are based on a company’s own customers, rated on the quality of their staff, technology, functionality, and user satisfaction. Service providers that receive an overall score of 94 or above out of 100 are recognized with the award.
