Symbility's Claims Connect Selected by GuideOne Insurance

Symbility Solutions Inc., a provider of cloud-based and smartphone/tablet-enabled claims technology for the property and casualty insurance industry, recently announced that Claims Connect, the company’s processing and estimating technology was selected by GuideOne Insurance Company. GuideOne is a specialty insurer that provides services to churches, schools, higher education institutions, senior living communities and home owners.


Symbility Claims Connect is a workflow management solution that enables end-to-end collaboration across the entire claims processing environment and provides fast, accurate analysis of key claims processing performance metrics. With Claims Connect, all claims participants, from field estimators to staff adjusters to building contractors and even the insured, gain rapid, secure and rights-defined access to claims data, enhancing communication to dramatically reduce time-to-resolution.

Symbility Solutions recently announced that it has changed the name of its health technology division, previously known as Adjudicare, to Symbility Health Inc. The new division logo and rebranding initiative was strongly influenced by customer feedback and insurance industry insight. The main logo represents a flexible series of links or connections, highlighting the integration of Symbility Health workflow tools, as well as the critical link to the customers who rely on this integrated solution.
