EnTitle Insurance Company, a direct-to-customer title insurance underwriter, reported that lenders utilizing the Ellie Mae’s Encompass360 mortgage management solution can now enable their clients realize thousands of dollars in closing costs savings by employing EnTitle for title and settlement services in the Encompass360 system.


EnTitle has integrated with Elite Mae’s Encompass360 solution which in turn will help lenders using Encompass360 to effectively control their process from origination and post-closing. With this move, Elite Mae hopes deliver access to EnTitle settlement services’ pricing advantage for its existing client base along with making sure that a new group of originators easily access its reduced rates.

With EnTitle settlement services, users can enjoy a range of benefits including: state of the art technology; high quality data security; on-time scheduling of closings with their lender, realtor and other closing professionals; secure handling of all escrow funds and preparation of all necessary checks before closing; frequent updates on the status of lender’s closing through EnTitle Control Panel; arranging for the attendance at closing of an experienced real estate closer who will supervise the execution and completion of closing documents; upfront guaranteed fees and rates and more.
