ClaimCenter Deployed to all Amerisure's Lines of Business

Guidewire ClaimCenter has been chosen to be deployed to all Amerisure’s lines of business in all its Core Service Centers. Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company has selected ClaimCenter as its new claims management system to this end.
The insurance company was searching for an updated system that would enable it to serve its customers in a more efficient and effective manner and decided to deploy ClaimCenter from Guidewire.
“We selected ClaimCenter for a variety of reasons including its robust feature set, its versatility, and the fact that we will be able to configure it to meet our needs and support our unique service model,” said Shawn O’Rourke, vice president and chief information officer, Amerisure.
Amerisure is looking towards ClaimCenter to improve the quality of service provided to agencies; consolidate and standardize claims handling systems and processes; and get better insight into claims handling operations.

Designed to optimise and monitor claim processes, Guidewire ClaimCenter helps insurers to reduce loss adjustment expense and improve speed and accuracy. The solution also enables proactive management of claims.
The solution can be purchased either as a standalone system or as part of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite. Insurers can integrate it into their legacy systems or third party applications according to their specific requirements.
Guidewire builds software products that help General insurers replace their legacy core systems and transform their business. The company was in the news last month when Allianz Insurance implemented its ClaimCenter to strengthen its claims handling service levels and process. ClaimCenter has helped Allianz Insurance to handle claims more efficiently and complements its existing systems.
