GMC Software Technology Releases the GMC Inspire Client Onboarding Solution

GMC Software Technology (GMC) recently announced the release of the GMC Inspire Client Onboarding application for Insurers. The application is a part of the GMC Inspire solution suite. GMC Software Technology is a leading provider of Customer Communications Management (CCM (News - Alert)) and output management solutions.


In a release, Didier Rouillard, vice president of product marketing, GMC Software Technology said, "The complexity of today's insurance products often means a slow, laborious process to put accurate, branded communications in the hands of the insurance company's most important asset-its customer. The streamlined workflow provided by GMC Inspire Client Onboarding not only ensures greater customer satisfaction by serving the prospect and customer in time and within compliance, but insurance companies will benefit from reduced costs and cycle times and lowered staff churn."

Client Onboarding helps in ensuring seamless execution of the onboarding process using branded documents which are customized, consistent and traceable for underwriting; this helps insurance companies improve their customer experience. GMC Software was recently positioned by Gartner (News - Alert) in the leader quadrant of its Magic Quadrant for Customer Communications Management Software report; the company identified trouble areas in the transition process from marketing to sales, and then from sales to underwriting, and subsequently from underwriting to operations and customer support for both insurers and customers. The newly released GMC Inspire Client Onboarding application will now provide insurers with a single platform and thin-client user interface.

Designed with a flexible modular base, the Client Onboarding solution enables automation of front and back office processes so that all complex information remains consistent through the organization; this also helps insurance company staff to quickly and easily respond to evolving customer demands. Customers, agents, call center staff and underwriting agents will be able to access tools and data in real-time which means they can address and maintain compliance for all insurance documents. 

Client Onboarding provides insurers with business benefits including - 80 percent faster implementation time for all new insurance products and regulatory changes; 64 percent faster writing of individual communications leading to improved customer experience; reduction in total cost of ownership by 50 percent through the use of a single platform; a 50 percent increase in efficiency as business users are provided with greater control and also through the consolidation of templates which can lead to substantial savings in application maintenance.
