Symbility and Librestream Technologies Collaborate to Launch Innovative Solution

Symbility Solutions Inc. recently announced that it has formed a partnership with Librestream Technologies Inc to launch an innovative solution that will benefit clients from both companies. Symbility specialize in cloud-based and smartphone/tablet-enabled claims technology by leveraging the most comprehensive data for the property and casualty insurance industry while Librestream are leaders in developing innovative virtual presence solutions that help enterprises leverage expertise in the field.

The new partnership will enable Librestream's Onsight Connect video collaboration application to be integrated into Claims Connect, Symbility's property claims workflow management solution, and Mobile Claims, Symbility's smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating application. This innovative video collaboration solution will change the traditional way in which property damage is captured as customers will now be encouraged to capture real time footage as there will be live video support to field adjustors, thereby significantly reducing the adjuster's physical presence onsite.

The desk adjust will be able to leverage Onsight and capture details of the damaged property without having to leave the office. By making a phone call to the field adjustor's mobile device, the desk adjuster can view the exact damage, visually document the results and fast track the claims process. Due to the live collaboration between tablets, desktops and smartphones, Symbility's clients will be able to streamline the estimate cycle and achieve major operational efficiencies.
