ISCS Announces New Line of Mobile Products

ISCS, a company that offers software and services to the P&C insurance industry, has recently introduced a new line of mobile products that are backed by the company’s SurePower Innovation solution.

According to the company, their new mobile product is an insured service app that can be tailored as per insurers requirement using the configuration options in SurePower Innovation. This product line is expected to considerably improve insurer accessibility to basic insurance processes via the company's industry-proven, modern enterprise suite.

Since its release, SurePower Innovation suite has been offering modern technology that personal lines' agents and consumers expect, including self-service and online sales. The system is an ideal platform to drive strategic growth-whether new products, new lines, or new states. 

With the release of the new product line, ISCS is enabling insurers to include detailed colors and branding elements, and to also initiate authority settings and rules that will give a variety of choices to the insured based on policy, agent and insurer criteria.

"Mobility is the future," said Andy Scurto, president of ISCS. "This new product represents the first in a planned complete product line of applications for insurers, producers and company personnel."

The company has also hired highly-trained mobile testing experts at their new mobile testing center of excellence, to test major devices for each platform and recognize and resolve issues reported from the field.

"With over 25 percent of U.S. consumers being ‘mobile only' for internet access, many insurers now realize the conversation is more about accessibility than just mobility," said Doug Moore (News - Alert), vice president and CTO for ISCS.

According to Moore, most insurers don't have the time or expertise to develop mobile capabilities on their own, and it makes sense to work with a partner that has both insurance and mobile technology experience.
