Polycom Makes RealPresence Available Throughout India

Polycom (News - Alert) recently announced in a press release that its RealPresence One solution, which is used in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, education, government, financial services and various other verticals, is now available across all the cities in India.

The company launched RealPresence One along with other video solutions a couple of months ago at TEAM Polycom 2014, the company’s largest partner event of the year. RealPresence One is a comprehensive offering that combines the complete RealPresence Platform with software endpoints and optimized services. The solution comprises the complete software infrastructure that enables both multiparty Connections for users across the network, and User Licenses, to enable each user with access to powerful video collaboration and content solutions.

Customers simply decide how many, and what type of, multiparty connections they need (Standard or Universal), and how many users they would like to enable with video services.  Instead of investing in all components of the RealPresence Platform up front, RealPresence One enables customers to enjoy the full benefits of the solution for a yearly subscription fee. Also, there is no need for capex investment, but the users could increase video resources anytime, and renew subscription annually. This is an ideal solution for customers who want to implement voice, video and content collaboration solutions in their organizations for the first time.
