LPL Financial Professionals can Utilize Guardian Insurance Solutions with LPL's Worksite Financial Solutions Platform

LPL Financial professionals can now use the LPL Financial’s Worksite Financial Solutions platform which has been integrated with the Guardian Insurance & Annuity Company’ retirement plan products such as the Guardian Choice and the Guardian Advantage.

The integrated solutions are slated to help retirement plan sponsors and financial professionals to seamlessly cater to the requirements of plan participants throughout their financial lives.

The main objective of the LPL Financial’s Worksite Financial Solutions platform is to provide an alternative way to the current irregular method of participant advice, in which most workers receive only rudimentary financial education and a menu of investment options, rather than the personalized financial advice and guidance they need to adequately plan for the future. The platform is said to reflect the vision of LPL Financial Retirement Partners, the retirement plan-focused division of LPL Financial, for the future of the retirement plan advisory services industry, and also encompasses the company’s Employee Transition Solution.

The Guardian is a group variable funding agreement for small and mid-sized employer-sponsored qualified retirement plans.
