Genpact Optimizes BPO Solutions for SAP

Genpact (News - Alert) is optimizing business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions for the SAP Business All-in-One for Insurance solution using the SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
Insurance companies are driven to improve their core process operations due to increased costs and competition.
Both companies already share business relationship, and this extended partnership will strengthen Genpact’s IT services capabilities as it continues to help its clients maximize the benefits of cloud-based IT solutions in achieving their operational goals.
Genpact will leverage its experience with SAP (News - Alert) to build rapidly deployable solutions for midsize to large insurers. This will not only enable agility but will lead to faster time-to-business-impact, drive efficiencies and give visibility through analytics.

Genpact has given insurers improved visibility into policy, claims and analytics processes by optimizing the solution design for SAP HANA Cloud Platform. It has leveraged advanced operational practices and flexible SAP cloud-based applications to provide insurance companies with fast-deployed, technology-driven operations.

Genpact was in news earlier this year for signing a multi-year Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contract with The Hillshire Brands Company, a major player in the branded food industry, to manage finance and accounting processes.
This agreement has helped Hillshire Brands transform and run its finance and accounting (F&A) operations and support its financial team with technical application platform operations.
