Flowfinity Partners with Marshall & Stevens on Improving Efficiency

While most companies believe that moving to digital services and mobile applications helps efficiency, there is now a new report that seems to underline that fact. Flowfinity Wireless, already a proven provider of enterprise mobile applications recently released a new case study that showed just how much this efficiency can be improved. This new report centered on the valuation consultancy firm, Marshall & Stevens. This firm took measures such as replacing scanned notes with mobile apps, which reduced project timelines for large sale appraisals by more than 60 percent.

Before this study by Flowfinity, Marshall & Stevens would have their appraisers collect data during site visits and then submit it back to the office using scanned copies of paper. These scanned copies would then be processed by team members that work back at the head quarters. Now, using custom mobile applications from Flowfinity, the data that is sent back is pre-formatted and is able to be submitted from the field in real time.

Using Flowfinity, Marshall & Stevens are supplied with more accurate real time data and have been able to use more efficient training for employees in the field. This means that the company has now managed to free up a great deal of time that can be spent working with employees and clients, rather than reviewing data. "Before we started using Flowfinity I would spend hours of a week on minutiae while a project was in progress because of the way that we were capturing and verifying our data," said David Koller, National Practice Leader, Marshall & Stevens in a recent statement. "Now I spend very little time, and I am able to turn it over to the client much sooner.”’

Marshall & Stevens added that it has been looking for a company that would offer these kinds of mobile solutions. The firm says that Flowfinity was the only company that completely fit the bill when it came to offering everything it needed.
