Sapiens DECISION Suite Expanded with New Software, Services

Global provider of software solutions for the financial services sector Sapiens International Corporation has decided to expand its business decision management solution, Sapiens DECISION Suite, with the introduction of DECISION InfoHub and DECISION STEP. The addition of these new software and services, respectively, makes the Sapiens DECISION Suite the only solution available that offers complete business decision management—from design and platform, to end-to-end services—that addresses the pain and complexity of translating business logic to code.

This past September, RAC Insurance won an Asia Insurance Technology Award (AITA) for "Best Insurer: Technology," in large part because the insurance provider leveraged Sapiens IDIT to automate claims allocation.

Available immediately as standalone offerings or components of the DECISION Suite, both DECISION InfoHub and DECISION STEP extend the suite’s capabilities.

DECISION InfoHub offers data virtualization via a business-friendly representation of the information sources necessary to execute operational decisions by collecting, transforming and enriching data from various environments, no matter how heterogeneous, large and/or complex. In addition, DECISION InfoHub includes a real-time, fully distributed data management capability that offers personalized and always-updated customer and product views.

DECISION STEP, meanwhile, is a new services offering that leverages Sapiens’ expertise and proven methodology, enabling customers to quickly learn and employ The Decision Model principles. The Decision Model is an approach to discovering, capturing and modeling decision logic. DECISION STEP also aids customers in implementing and maintaining the DECISION Suite, granting them the internal expertise necessary to scale and deploy effective decision management across the enterprise.
