“iPipeline’s vision is to transform ideas into products that revolutionize the insurance industry. Our SaaS (News - Alert)-based solutions provide carriers, distributors and producers with processing efficiencies that are unprecedented within the industry,” said Tim Wallace, CEO, iPipeline. “Our inclusion in the OnDemand Top 100 Winner List signals the importance of leveraging new technologies that simplify and accelerate the marketing, selling and processing of insurance on a global basis. We are pleased to be recognized as a leader in our space and pioneer in cloud computing.”

“As the digital information created by businesses continues to explode at astronomical rates, the need to store, manage, analyze, and share this information is becoming extremely challenging,” said Tony Perkins, founder and editor of AlwaysOn. “We congratulate this year’s OnDemand 100 for providing the technology platforms and services needed to manage and leverage this new era of information complexity and overload.”

Investors, bankers, journalists and industry insiders nominate various companies for the OnDemand 100, after which the nominees undergo a rigorous three-month selection process. iPipeline and the OnDemand Top 100 companies will be honored at AlwaysOn’s OnDemand event on April 19, at Hewlett-Packard’s (News - Alert) Worldwide Headquarters in Palo Alto, Calif.

iPipeline offers industry-leading next-generation suite of sales distribution software as a “clean technology” to the insurance and financial services markets through its on-demand service. Carriers, distributors and producers benefit from iPipeline’s channel solutions that automate activities for quoting, forms processing, illustrations development, agency management, requirements ordering, contracting and content distribution.

The automation and seamless integration is achieved by aggregating over 160 carriers, 1,200 distributors, and their financial professionals in a single, Web-based environment -- the iPipeline Network.
