Sword Ciboodle, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, announced that it is included in research and advisory firm Novarica's latest report examining the CRM vendor landscape in the United States.

This will help technology buyers create their CRM vendor shortlist. Novarica's Market Navigator report, "CRM Solutions for US Insurers 2010, is an analysis aimed at the insurance technology market.

Novarica's profile of Sword Ciboodle highlighted its key differentiators including multi-channel customer interaction abilities, speed to market, core application content such as case management, workflow and customer profiling. The report also talks about Sword Ciboodle's support of high volume, non-critical customer interactions for their clients.

"We're delighted that Novarica chose to include Sword Ciboodle in the CRM Solutions report," stated Paul White, Sword Ciboodle's CEO North America. "There are many factors behind Sword Ciboodle's success in the insurance market in the U.K. and Europe, and we believe this cross-channel, quick to implement solution could lead to a significant impact on the bottom line of insurers in the U.S. market too."

The report talks about Sword Ciboodle's relevance to personal lines of business and individual life and health insurance.

Admiral and the BGL Group, personal lines insurance brokers in the U.K., are experiencing the benefits of the Sword Ciboodle solution. Sword Ciboodle recently rolled out a correspondence handling solution that improved BGL's operational efficiency, providing a level of automation and integration.

The Admiral project sees Sword Ciboodle implementing a contact center and web-based customer sales and service solution focused on an intelligent desktop, allowing agents to have the right information for customers at the right time.

"As insurance companies strive to improve operational efficiencies and use enhancements in customer service as a key differentiator in a competitive market place, modern CRM solutions like Sword Ciboodle can be important elements of executing that strategy," said Matthew Josefowicz, director of Novarica.
