Sapiens International Corporation N. V. announced it is changing its branding due to its renewed focus on the insurance market.

To this end, it recently announced its new corporate brand to reflect its evolution and its focus. A new logo, redesigned website and a new tagline are part of this exercise.
 
With the intension of becoming a vendor of choice in the U.S. insurance market and also to expand its global reach, it has taken certain initiatives. Its recent acquisition of Harcase/ Octello, a provider of P&C policy administration solutions is a step in that direction.

 
The insurance management software provided by Sapiens can offer cost-effective solutions so that the business needs of speed, flexibility and efficiency can be met by aligning the information technology with the business model. The insurance carriers can manage all aspects of their business, client base and the policy life cycle with the help of the software solution provided.
 
Insurance industry faces complex challenges such as the customer expectation of instant answers to their queries, a high level of competition, tight market conditions and escalating costs, regulatory and legislative requirements. RapidSure is a software solution that is specially designed to meet all these needs and function effectively in the new insurance dynamics. It enables rapid product deployment.
 
The company has gone through a process of reorganization and restructuring to be in line with its new insurance industry vision.
