Norvax University's Free Video Series on Hidden Opportunities in Health Insurance Reform Stirring up Huge Interests

Norvax University, which offers a cutting-edge insurance sales training program for agents and brokers, has come up with an initiative to point out opportunities that the health reform brings.


Through a recent press release, Norvax University announced the online availability of its Marketing and Sales Success Conference content with the Norvax Virtual Coaching League free video series on the hidden health reform opportunities for health insurance agents.

The Norvax University Virtual Coaching League free video series has already created quite a buzz among the circles of agents and brokers who are ready to prepare themselves for gaining from reform. According to Norvax, its free video series has already been making a large impact in the industry, with hundreds of views on the first 25-minute video released.

The most interesting part of this series of five free videos is: bypassing the issues of negative impact, the series emphasizes on changing the mindset of the brokers. The series introduces the mindset and position that the most successful producers have as they prepare for reform. Simultaneously, it reveals fascinating trends and statistics about the industry and what reform could mean for brokers. It comes as no surprise then, Jeremiah Desmarais, Norvax VP of Marketing and founder of the series received an outpouring of responses to the videos.

Norvax informed that the series will continue with additional videos on the critical process of positioning for the health reform. More importantly, they will share information brokers need to understand the changing landscape of health insurance and how to position their business to profit from this change.

“This is the reason I came back into the industry; reform. I saw the potential. Most of agents/agencies are scared to embrace change. Lower commissions, are ‘they’ going to need us, etc. However, I have seen the light in the ‘opening of the doors.’ In reviewing this video, the thing I grasp the most is how we can value ourselves in being advisors to our clients and groups. Embracing this tactic will allow us to bring more value to our clientele making us an asset to their business,” one broker stated.
