EPIC recently announced the joining of Sarah Dodge as Benefits Technology Specialist in the Employee Benefits Consulting Division. The brokerage continues to strengthen and enhance leading-edge employee benefits consulting capabilities.

 

Significant benefits, human resources management system and payroll administration knowledge and implementation experience will be added by Sarah to the EPIC team. Sarah will be reporting to the Director of Finance and Operation, Steve Vilas in EPIC's Employee Benefits Division. She will be based at the San Francisco office of EPIC.

 

Sarah will be responsible for further building and maintaining EPIC's client-facing benefits technology infrastructure. Online enrollment and administration services, HR communications portals, worksite benefits enrollment are included in her role as Benefits Technology Specialist. She will also have to identify and asses client needs related to technology services. In response to these needs, Sarah will also have to deliver leading and cost effective technology solutions.

Liedel added that the company was very excited to add a professional of Sarah's caliber to the growing Employee and Executive Benefits Consulting Practice.

 

Prior to joining EPIC, Sarah worked as an implementation consultant for ADP. She was also working as a senior benefit analyst for BeneTrac.

 

Sarah has obtained a Bachelor of Art Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, VT. In 2008, the Society of Human Resource Management conferred Sarah with the Professional in Human Resources also known as PHR designation.
